Contract Agreement:
At JM Fundraising, we believe that clear communication is the foundation of a good working relationship
with our customers. Listed below are JM Fundraising's responsibilities and your responsibilities as a Customer.
Customer Responsibilities:
•
Conduct your fundraising campaign during the identified start and end dates
• Communicate with parents as required
and as needed throughout the campaign
• Notify JM Fundraising immediately if your start date changes or if there
are any other changes to your campaign
• Submit your product order to JM Fundraising by the Tally Date.
•
Develop a distribution plan and identify a distribution location and distribution coordinators
• Full payment must
be received before your order is shipped. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
JM Fundraising Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance
with planning your campaign and free incentives
• Provide assistance with tallying your order, product inventory,
and distribution coordination
• On-time delivery of products in good condition
• Superior, personalized
customer service
• Guaranteed 25 to 50% profit!
JM
Fundraising Policies:
• All orders will be filled to the case per item #; all cases equal 6 items
• No money up front to get started, the first 100 ea. brochures are free, any additional brochures
will be added to the invoice at the end of campaign.
• Diesel fuel charge will be added to every order depending
on the current price of fuel & units ordered.
• Shipping; There will be shipping charged on JMF bulk orders
less than 400 units. Shipping for PRCP orders will be assessed for every order by weight. There will be no shipping when using
an E-Coupon Program. 120 units required to be sold before any Incentive program will come into affect. (Subject to change).

form, you agree to uphold your responsibilities as listed above and are committed to conducting a fundraiser through JM Fundraising.
